Pepper Jack cheese is a young semi-hard cheese infused with single origin peppercorns.
Made with cow milk, this cheese has a savoury aroma with nutty flavour and a hint of spice from the peppercorns. It has a crumbly texture with a natural rind.
Pepperjack is famously used for au gratin and grilled dishes. It goes great with crackers and crisps and balsamic onion relish. The supple tannins of a merlot pairs really well with pepper jack.

Storage: Wrap in cheese paper / cloth and store in airtight container after opening
Mould: Edible mould is a beautiful part of our organic cheeses and (if it grows) will be safe to consume. In case you would prefer to not consume it, please scrape it off with a kitchen knife.
