Asma Sayed

Co-Founder

Asma is the cheese-monger at Bombay Fromagerie. She has spearheaded the establishment of the cheese-making unit in Sayla, Gujarat, to provide livelihoods to the Maldhari community. Asma is a Certified Cheese Associate from the Academy of Cheese, UK, and is a Cheese State Scholar from Cheese State University by the dairy farmers of Wisconsin. She has a Postgraduate Diploma in Social Entrepreneurship from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and is certified by the Institute of Rural Management Anand.

Ayesha Sayed

Co-Founder

Ayesha leads operations and brings innovative marketing strategies to Bombay Fromagerie. She has a background in social impact consulting and has deep experience in corporate social responsibility. She has volunteered with a policy lab working on millet revival. Ayesha is an alumna of the Gandhi Fellowship Program and has worked extensively to improve government systems at the grassroots.
