I have been on the lookout for good artisanal cheese, and I recently discovered Bombay Fromagerie. I tried their podi cheese, and it’s perfect for adding spice to a sandwich or even a Sunday morning dosa. I also experimented with Brunost cheese for the first time. The sweet caramel like taste makes it a great alternative to peanut butter for sandwiches. The quality of their cheese is exceptional. Safe to say, I’m now a loyal customer!
